Required
- Minimum 5 years in testing and evaluation
- The ability to manage an ever-changing database, this includes maintaining and monitoring.
- Experience in AEGIS baselines test environment.
- Experience in developing interoperability test plans based on requirements.
- The ability to multitask with many different programs/stakeholders daily.
- Basic Knowledge of Simulators in an AEGIS Test Environment.
- The ability to travel 4 - 6 times each year for a week at a time to various CONUS locations for Test Events.
- Focused attention to detail and proficient with computer systems and applications.
- The ability to verifying accuracy and to review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities for data transfer and input.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve test planning and test execution goals.
- U.S. Citizenship and DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
- Experience working on DoD contracts, or combat systems experience desired but not required.
